These are the rules we apply to every account, set out plainly. Where this summary and the full terms shown at registration differ, the full terms apply, under Curaçao law.
Who can play
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over, one to a person. A bonus may be claimed once per person, and once per payment method, device, IP address and household. Your account details must match your documents.
How the welcome pack works
Three deposits can earn as much as £3,000 plus 250 free spins. Switch each step on in your profile before paying in; it then remains open for 72 hours. You must wager bonus cash 40 times and free-spin winnings 30 times, inside five days of the credit.
What limits apply while you wager
No single spin may exceed £5 while wagering, and buying a feature counts as a spin. Slots are the only games that contribute; certain titles contribute half, and Aviator 15%. Bonus money and spin winnings convert to real cash at five times the deposit at most. A withdrawal requested before the target is met cancels the bonus and any spins linked to it.
Deposits and payouts
Deposits start at £10, withdrawals at £20. A payout goes back to the method you deposited with, in your own name, after your last deposit has been played through in full. Limits are £1,000 a transaction, £3,000 a day and £20,000 in any 30 days.
Verification
Your first payout waits for identity, address and payment checks, including a bank statement and proof that each method you used is yours. We may hold a withdrawal until those checks are complete.
When we act on an account
We may void bonuses, close duplicate accounts or withhold winnings where these rules are broken, including bonus abuse or play through another person's details. You can raise any decision with support in writing.
